1. Types of Data We Collect
We collect two types of data on our website from our users – Personal Data and Non-Personal Data when you interact with us or our site.
Personal Data – Personal data is information that identifies or can identify a specific end user. When you engage in activities on our website, create a profile, order products or other services from us, you provide your personal data. Depending on the activity, data may be mandatory. If mandatory data for a specific activity is not provided, you will not be permitted to participate in that activity. The types of personal data we collect depends on the nature of your request.
We use personal data exclusively for the purpose for which you provide it to us, namely to process your requests. If we receive your additional consent, we may use personal data for marketing and promotional purposes, to improve the operation of the website, to analyze the usefulness of the website, to improve our offers of products and services, and to customize your experience with third parties, as provided in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
Non-Personal Data – Non-Personal data is information that does not identify the end user. We and/or our authorized third parties — business providers and advertisers — may automatically collect this non-personal data when you visit our website through the use of electronic tools.
2. User Registration, Login, Product Purchase, and Newsletter Subscription
If you want to register on our website, you must provide your personal information:

Once registered on our website, to log in you must provide:

Before the “Register” or “Cancel” button are two checkboxes:

2. “I consent to be informed of all news, updates, and promotional activities via the email address provided during registration.”
The registration process cannot be completed unless the user checks the first checkbox, that is, agrees to the general terms and personal data protection policy. If the user does not agree with the general terms, they cannot be registered and cannot use the services available on the website.
In the product purchase process, you must provide: full name, telephone, address, municipality, place, and postal code. After entering this data, an option appears to select an existing address or the ability to enter a new address. Then you can select the payment method.
For easier communication with us, there is a contact form on our website. You must provide: full name, e-mail, and message. Before the “Send Message button, there is a checkbox:

The message sending process cannot be completed unless the user checks this field, that is, agrees to the personal data protection policy. If the user does not agree with the policy, they cannot send a message through the website.
By clicking the “Send Message” field, your message is sent to us, and you receive confirmation. If you leave additional personal data in the message, you are considered to have agreed to its processing and are responsible for the accuracy of that data.
In the process of subscribing to marketing and promotions, the user enters an email address and clicks the “Subscribe” field.
3. How We Collect Personal Data
You provide your personal data directly to us by completing the appropriate forms on our website. We process exclusively personal data obtained from you as the data subject.
You have full control over the personal data that you provide to us and can at any time check, modify, or delete your personal data using the forms available on our website or through contact with us.
We do not collect your personal data from other sources; that is, we do not process personal data that has not been obtained from you as the data subject.

We use your personal data exclusively for the purpose for which you provide it to us.
a) Making and fulfilling your order
At any time, through our website, you have the ability to place an order and pay for that order. Personal data obtained for the purpose of making and fulfilling your order will not be used for promotional or any other purposes without your consent.
Collected data described in this Personal Data Protection Policy are processed for the purpose of:

• Enabling the order creation and delivery process

b) Customer care and responding to your requests
Interaction between us and you, via email or through your social media profile, takes place only if you express the desire to contact us via social networks or email. We are committed to responding to all your questions and clarifications, and we will not use personal data for promotional or any other purposes except to provide the necessary assistance and information for customer care.
5. How We Store and How Long We Keep Personal Data
5.1. Data Security
We take security seriously and implement numerous technical and organizational measures to protect the security of personal data. Your data is stored on secure servers owned by our hosting provider, which are located in North Macedonia and EU countries.
5.2 Data Retention Period
Personal data you have provided to us are kept for different time periods, depending on legal requirements, as well as your needs and requests. Personal data from your user profile is stored as long as your user profile exists. If you want to delete your user profile, you can do so at any time through the user panel on our website. When you delete your user profile, your personal data is irreversibly deleted from active systems, so you will not receive notifications from us and will not be able to use services through our website.
Orders you have made through your user profile are stored for 5 years, counted from the day of deletion of your user profile.
Personal data from your user profile, together with the date of creation and deletion of your user profile, are stored for 5 years, counted from the day of deletion of your user profile.
Personal data of subscribers to promotional email messages (Newsletter) are kept as long as the subscriber remains subscribed to the service.
After the data retention periods expire, the data is irreversibly destroyed through secure electronic deletion, in accordance with our document deletion policy.
5.3 Data Related to Order Payment
Protection of personal data when using SSL technology as a payment processor.
Payment Data: The data you enter when paying or purchasing with your payment card is not stored or transmitted through our servers. Transactions are processed through the payment processing system of the bank we work with, which is certified by VISA and MasterCard for processing transactions. At the moment you make the payment and enter the data, they are processed through the HTTPS secure protocol of the bank using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We do not see your payment card data. The only information about your transaction visible to us is your Name and Surname from the payment card, the last 4 digits of the card, and the transaction amount, while all others are encrypted.
When paying online with a payment card, we do not request nor do we come into contact with any financial information such as Card number and/or bank account number.
If you choose to pay by payment card, the payment will be processed through the payment processing portal of our payment processor, which uses the latest technology to protect your data. Your card number is sent through a secure connection and is immediately deleted after the transaction is completed.
Oxyfy DOOEL does not come into contact with your payment card number, nor is there any reason for it to.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
We do not transfer your personal data outside the Republic of North Macedonia.
7. Marketing
We may periodically conduct direct marketing by sending notifications to users who have agreed and subscribed to all news, updates, and promotional activities to their email address. At any time, you can ask us to stop contacting you for direct marketing purposes by withdrawing your consent for direct marketing through completing a withdrawal form or through the Unsubscribe option in the email message.
At any time, you can renew your consent for direct marketing by entering your email address in the “Newsletter” field available on our website.
8. Access and Modification of Your Data and Profile
Deletion
You can access, modify, or delete the data that you have provided through your profile by simply logging into your profile and accessing the “My Data” section.
We encourage you to update your personal data immediately if they change.
If you want to delete your profile, you can do so by logging into your profile, accessing the “My Data” section, and simply clicking the “Delete My Profile” field.
After clicking this field, a new window will appear with the text: “Are you sure you want to delete your profile? If you are sure you want to delete your profile, you will receive an email message with a link that you need to click to confirm the deletion of your profile.”
After confirming the field, you will receive an email from us at the email address you registered with, with a link you need to click to confirm the deletion of your profile. After clicking the link, you will be redirected to our website where you will see a notification that your profile has been successfully deleted. By clicking the link sent to your email, you will no longer have access to your profile, your orders, and other activities, and will not be able to use the services we offer to registered users.
9. Social Networks and Email
By connecting with us via social networks and email, you agree to allow us to interact with you through your social network profile and email to provide you with appropriate assistance or advice regarding your questions and/or concerns.
10. Third-Party Privacy
This Personal Data Protection Policy applies to the use and disclosure of data that we collect from you on our site. Other websites that may be accessed through links from our site may have their own personal data protection policies, data collection, use, and data disclosure practices. If you access another website through a link on our site, we encourage you to review that website’s privacy policies. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties.

Right to receive information
This right is exercised in the manner that before completing forms on our website, you are directed to read and agree to these rules, which specify all necessary information according to the Law on Personal Data Protection.
Right of access
This right is exercised by submitting a request through the contact form, sending a request by mail to our address, or submitting a request by email to contact@bioteka.mk.
Right to correction
This right is exercised by correcting your data through your profile at any time by simply logging into your profile and accessing the “Personal Data” section. Data is updated immediately after saving by the user.
If you believe your personal data are inaccurate or incomplete and cannot be corrected through the “My Data” section, you can submit a request through the contact form, send a request by mail to our address, or submit a request by email to contact@bioteka.mk. Such a request will be processed within 15 days.
Right to deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
This right is exercised by submitting a request through the contact form, sending a request by mail to our address, or submitting a request by email to contact@bioteka.mk.
Such request will be processed within 30 days.
Right to restrict processing
