Simply stir the powder into warm milk or plant milk and enjoy this delicious warming drink!
Preparation: Stir 1 teaspoon of turmeric-latte mixture (about 2 grams) into 250 millilitres of vegetable milk. Heat and sweeten to taste.
Ayurvedic Golden Milk: 1 teaspoon turmeric paste in 250 millilitres of vegetable milk. Stir and heat over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Refine with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and sweeten to taste.
Turmeric Paste: Combine 1 heaped tablespoon (about 8 grams) of turmeric-latte mixture with 30 millilitres of water. Stir and bring to a simmer until a paste forms. Store the paste in the refrigerator.
